    Inconsistent Frame Rate Drops?

Been getting massive drops in FPS at random intervals whilst in the overworld and in duties. It doesn't seem to be a graphical issue, as this issue persists even when at minimal graphical settings. I tried running task manager during these FPS drops, and task manager didn't detect any noticable change to the CPU/GPU/etc.

I ran the game on Windows 11 Home, with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor (3.80 GHz). My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and my RAM is 32GB.

Any clue what might be the cause? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue with my laptop but detect a sudden drop in GPU usage everytime it drops. All my other programs works well. I tried updated everything related to graph but still no use.

Switching to fullscreen helps a bit but it still drops like every 5s to 10s randomly.

More or less the same issue here. Uninstalling iCue got rid of the majority of the stutters, and now it only stutters for about .5-1 second every couple of hours. I've tried everything listed in this post:

My current theory is that the client may not be playing very well when windows does stuff in the background such as updates. The stutters usually happen when there are windows updates (minor ones), there are event ID 131 errors (metadata staging errors that seem like Microsoft has given up on trying to address the cause of), and some stutters happen with no obvious background activity. These all may just be coincidences, but I've seen 7-8 of those ID 131 errors happen within a second at the exact timestamp of the stutter, so I strongly suspect it's not a coincidence. My hope is that this is either something a 14 patch or microsoft update will fix
