Bright glowing flooring

Upon entering my house as of the release of the expansion I was surprised at how the floor jumped at me with being very bright. I have left the lighting at 0 and it instantly stood out to me as it was not the case in previous expansion. The brightness overall seems way too bright for lighting being at 0 as well.

The floors seem to reflect some sort of yellow light from outside of the walls, and it is covering up the entire floor based on the camera angle. The floor on the middle floor has dark flooring and basement has white flooring. On the white floor it is less obvious once the lighting is turned up, however on a dark floor the yellow tinted glow is still visible when light is turned up.

On the basement floor I have also noticed a light source coming from the north wall. I discovered that light comes from Queen's Rest placed on the indentation between mid and upper floor.

All this looks like bugs to me, but I am not certain so I posted this here and wish to hear opinions. Thank you for your time!

I've decided to do a littel test with the Queen's Rest by placing it in the upper floor, and as expected the light from it replicates itself all the way down to basement D:,
