I’d propose giving to Assize instead.

You’d like to press that button as often as possible. You press it 3 times in 2 minutes, matches PoM’s 120s cooldown. The cooldown is also short enough that it doesn’t warrant a ”button that I don’t press real often”-hotkey.

Although if it were up to me, I’d give it 2 Glare IV stacks per Assize lower their potencies.
