    The instances of "huge shoulders / sleeves" probably has to do with how the models are configured. They most likely reference a value from the width of the arms or something like that. There's no way it works differently on any other character, except that on other characters their arms and shoulders are very thin and slight, so you don't perceive a proble. I'd wager you get a similar result if you put these skins on a male Roegadyn or male Hrothgar.

    Really dubious about the idea of it being a "bug," but however they want to organize it...

    Anyway, the reindeer pic is hilariously bad.

    Lots of copy and pasting is going on, and with armors replacing body part what most likely happened was that they copied over male hroth pieces and their scale weights rather than something more fitting.

    We've been over this, but femhroths and femroes both have near identical thickness in their arms (even fem highlanders too almost) and femroes do not have this issue
    Even male hroths with their tree trunk arms actually do have their gear at least fitted to their proportions
