I don't think they're going to mark this as an issue unfortunately. Let me explain why:

All non-lalafel female models use the exact same geometry; all non-lalafel males also share one. The only difference is the UV maps between a couple of races. All characters use the exact same skeleton.

From there, the skeleton is deformed first by repositioning bones into place. Wider set shoulders, hips, etc. Then, scaling—that is to say, the size of the bones, length and thickness—further deforms the model, which is establised as a preset. As a result, because Hrothgals are so huge in the arm compared to their midlander counterparts, you get some really funny looking sleeves and shoulders, and unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to make it so that wearing certain gear custom scales the skeleton to look better. Though that would be cool.

This is unfortunately, a "working as intended". Hrothgals are not wearing "stuff from the males slapped onto the female skeleton", they're midlander gear scaled way the heck up from where initially intended.

hrothgal arms are about as thick as femroes and femroes do not have this issue

Other Issues I've Noticed Beyond Gear Rigging

I want to say off the bat - love my girl. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I've found my character (if that makes sense). HOWEVER, beyond the obvious shoulder and arm rigging issues, I have noticed a few other things, and I would love to know if anyone else has or if they think it's just designed that way.

    1. Default Run - I know our run is meant to mimic a more beastly gait, but it seems almost like it drops frames in the animation? It comes a cross very jilted and almost staggery at times. Now that may just be the intention of it but it doesn't feel as smooth as other races to me.

    2. Tail Animation - I feel like while running or moving our tails are fluid and animate, but when standing it is weird to me how the tails all have almost a rigid stance that curves slightly to the right with very little movement. Again, may be intentional but I noticed it. I also noticed on certain mounts the tails are not animating properly. Like on my porxie mount my tail is in a weird L shape that is completely rigid.

    3. Eyes - This doesn't seem to be an issue with the Lost and their cat-like irises, but for Helions like myself it feels like our iris is position too far up in the eye? I feel like I have a look like I am constantly rolling my eyes or irritated. Also, I know this has to do with the new real time reflections but I feel compared to other races there is almost a cloudy quality to our eyes? I feel Lalas have this issue too not sure about other races. Definitely more apparent though with hrothgals and eye clarity.

Again, these aren't deal breakers and some of what I am mentioning may be working as intended and I just haven't adjusted to the more beastly/hard and rugged running animation.

tails are like that for everyone it's not just a hrothgar thing but I do wish they made it better with the graphical update. Probably some clipping thing idk
I did notice that about the run kinda but I just assumed to be a performance issue
