Ps5 hard crash

Steps:
1. teleport to the location walk around or stay still
2. look at menus, system configuration or character settings.
3. look at glam plates
4. look at at adventure plate try to edit
5. try preview dyes within the city or outside of the city
6. Type in chat in the city or outside of it.
7. Do nothing


Actions 1-7 all caused a hard crash turning my ps5 completely off. I tried doing everything listed in multiple locations all caused hard crash.Also seems like the game is now over heating my ps5 was not an issue before Dawntrail.

Having the same issue here. All i'm doing is walking around the towns or watching cutscenes. Nothing demanding but my PS5 is overheating from it. PS5 is running all other games just fine, and was playing FFXIV just fine before 7.0
