[Dawntrail] Viper unable to equip/glamour multiple armor sets from A Realm Reborn

1. Attempt to Equip A Realm Reborn Striking Sets that are meant to be equipable by Scouting Role
2. Fail

Details: I can only assume this is due to how items in game are flagged, but the majority of gear in ARR that Rogue/Ninja can equip is NOT equipable by Viper

Some Gear Examples: Darklight Set of Striking, The Guardian's Striking Set from Syrcus Tower, Fuma Set of Striking from Labyrinth of the Ancients, Allagan Set of Striking from Binding Coils (As well as Replica). High Allagan Set of Striking (As Well as Replica), Gryphonskin Jerkin, Saurian Shirt of Striking.

Any set that is equipable by Pugilist, Monk, Rogue, Ninja, Samurai from ARR and later is not able to currently be equipped by Viper. However sets such as the Prestige High Allagan Set of Scouting ARE equipable. I am making the assumption this indicates a bug where sets flagged as "Striking" cannot be equipped by Viper, despite Rogue and Ninja been able to equip these sets.

This has led to strange situations where Viper and Pictomancer can both enter old content such as the Sycrus Tower, and only Pictomancer can obtain and roll for loot as it is able to equip all caster gear. Viper cannot roll for any gear loot in Sycrus Tower. This is clearly not intended, as if the developers didn't want the new jobs using old gear, Pictomancer would also be unable to.
