Fatal DirectX Error (30000000)

Since the update I've been getting "Fatal DirectX Error (30000000)" I've re-installed the game, updated (every single) driver, and followed every single solution I could find. I've seen other people mentioning having this exact same issue. I have an Intel(R) HD Graphics 530. I have also updated windows, and also deleted and restored my config files, with zero success. (If it wasn't clear I'm a Windows player.)

The game didn't run with the greatest FPS before, but I was able to fully enjoy all aspects of it with only a SINGLE instance where my frame drop was highly-detrimental to my ability to play. The graphics update is so minor that I cannot see it being such a hurdle for my computer to handle, I hope this gets addressed quickly.

exactly the same problem I have, pretty much enjoying the game like you but never had a rly bad frame drop. Playlable till today with Dawtrail sadly

Ive tried tons of ways that i found on internet and none works, seems like this issue been here for years
