Fatal DirectX Error (30000000)

Since the update I've been getting "Fatal DirectX Error (30000000)" I've re-installed the game, updated (every single) driver, and followed every single solution I could find. I've seen other people mentioning having this exact same issue. I have an Intel(R) HD Graphics 530.

Same here. Been playing till update perfectly fine and now i can't log in.
Done all update on my graphics and reinstalled game and nothing.

Same. Tried but didn't work. Tech support in denial, say they can't help with my problem

So i know that answer to this problem is that my laptop is old, but i too want to play this game that i was playing till this update!
If i can't buy new PC why i can't play that i was already playing without any issues before this update?!

There are people with much better machines than mine who are having this problem. It's not a machine issue, it's something tripping in their software for sure. On low settings you should still be able to play, infact, I can load it on my super old laptop at like 2fps, but it still loads.
