Why does Wuk get a hat but not us Q.Q

As the title says why was Wuk allowed to wear a hat but not the player fem H'rothgar's that's such an unfair tease, are the devs just trolling us at this point, it's especially frustrating cause they know players want hats and do not care about the ear clipping. Heck the fact the quaintrelle's hat is banned particularly frustrating due to it's size. If they dislike the earclipping so much they should just do what the model c-2 tactical hood's due to miquo'tes.

I really hope they change this is in the near future not distant.
