Like, if you were that confident in Koana then why didn't you let us jump him? We'd literally destroy his regulator or whatever it's called in 1 GCD and then end him forever in the next.

Oh wait, forgot, we need a villain to fight for the level 99 trial and Zoraal Ja is the most obvious option, better let him retreat and power up to be a notable threat.
