At this point, I m somewhat convined that fixing the 2.0 "has to launch FFXIV within PS3 life cycle" spaghetti code will solve AT LEAST 50% of FFXIV current issues.

Due to the spaghetti code, the netcode can't function properly like most MMO out there.

Due to the spaghetti code, adding a new feature to character creation is literally impossible, as they rather replace the existing character creation options than add the update as new option for it, because "muh engine can't handle it".
