I have an issue when playing FFXIV Dawntrail early access on Xbox.
I have been playing FFXIV and all of its expansions on PlayStation 4 and I recently purchased an Xbox Series X|S and wanted to play FFXIV there using my normal account. However, when logging in on Xbox I receive an ERROR message saying “No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV. In order to play FINAL FANTASY XIV, you must first purchase the Xbox Series X|S version from the Microsoft Store.”

When looking up this error I was redirected here:

I followed the steps and am already having problems with the first one. I have gone to the Mog Station and when trying to add the Xbox Series X|S platform it only shows me the option to purchase the game from the Microsoft store (consoles do not have a registration code), and indeed after clicking the link it brings me to the Microsoft store that says I already own this item. But on the Mog Station there is no check mark next to “Xbox Series X|S” meaning I have not obtained the license for the Xbox Series X|S version.

I have linked both my FFXIV account and Xbox account to the official Square-Enix website yet the communication between the two is completely broken. How can I tell my Square-Enix FFXIV account that I indeed have purchased everything for FFXIV on Xbox Series X|S?
