Duty finder not working.

So, I am trying to level my Summoner but Duty finder is not working. I first noticed when trying to do the final exercise of Smith duties, to get the ring. Then I tried with Duty Support and that also is not working. I tried normal Duty Finder: Not working. I always get:

"A problem has occurred with the Duty Finder server.
Please try again in a few moments."

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have had a crash issue when turning in the final quest to get the dungeon duty. I just posted about it earlier (Quest It's probably pirates). I am now wondering if your problem is related to my problem? Perhaps someone who knows can let both of us know.
