[Feedback] Female Au'ra face 2 mouth 1

In my personal opinion the mouth shape change was too much and has completely changed the overall appearance of my character to someone else. Personally I would strongly prefer the old mouth shape to preserve the character I have come to know and have become attached to over the years.

I have provided a comparison between 6.xx, the new 7.0 and 7.0 but with the 6.xx mouth edited on top.

So you can see from the comparisons the major difference is the mouth shape with barely any difference between the pre-update and post-update with the old mouth edited on apart from the size of the pupils and some reflection in the eyes.

I know it can look subtle but in game it is a very jarring change and I believe preserving the old mouth shapes or closer to would help players retain their character they have grown attached to for many years rather than seeing a completely new character after 7.0.

This looks like it's due to the lip color change, I assume she's wearing light pink lipstick?

I obsess over this change which has been applied uniformly to ALL races in this thread.

It's honestly hard to tell from the pics. They updated the lip makeup to extend all the way to the corners of the mouth for every single race+face, so you can't really eyeball it and say that one mouth is actually wider than the other.

I'd check in gimp but I think it's only a few pixels difference, the lip makeup application is by far the greater contributor to the change in appearance than any change to the actual mouth shape, at least from what I'm seeing.

I completely notice what you're talking about. I may not play face 2, but I support you in getting this feature added back in. It's very cute and charming.

It's easier to see if you open the first and second picture in different tabs and flick back and forth. The creases at the corner of the mouth are way shorter in 7.0 than 6.xx.

I tried that but it didn't really change anything in my case

My character was impacted as well, the mouth looks noticeably thinner than before. I really hope they make more adjustments to make it look how it did before.
