The devs definitely could have explained these new options better but you should at least try experimenting with the edge smoothing options before posting about how the game is unplayable

Ok that's all well and good for pc players but what about xbox, ps4, and ps5 players? we can't change ANY of those settings. What about the glare setting being REMOVED with no reason as to why? What about the PC players who HAVE done those changes people are suggesting and still having issues? If you have any insights on how to fix the issues on console or turn glare off on pc, please chime us all in.

for the record, no. ive used fxaa or none this entire time and FSR at 100 is STILL blurry. it just sucks

I have it set up with edge smoothing off and FSR 100 right now and its giving me a perfectly crisp unfiltered image. have you made sure your resolution (output resolution not resolution scale) matches your montior resolution?
if that doesnt help do you mind sharing a screenshot? I dont know where the blur could be coming from if its not that.

I feel like people have missed that the solution to one of these problems was already posted in here a while ago. if you want the image quality to be the same as it was before set the upscaler to FSR, set the resolution scale to 100, and set the edge smoothing to either FXAA or none. the issue here isn't FSR, its the new TSCMAA edge smoothing.
This will produce results identical to before the graphics update.

I tried that and it didn't work. In fact, I literally posted my own thread with a demonstration video showing that those settings still produce blurring.

I dont know if its just been destroyed by youtube's compression but i just cant see the blurring you are talking about. I can see some breakup of edges but i'm pretty sure that's just the compression artifacts. do you think you can share an screenshot of the game in motion? I'm asking because unless we can communicate what the actual problem is there isn't much the devs can do to fix it.
