There is a permanent blur filter on the game if you set resolution scaling to 100. Or a sharpening filter below 100.

I had the same issue but it was resolved after switching the AA option to FXAA. Which AA are you using?

If Permanent burn filter on everything and glare 10x worst on everything is better graphics, I would like worst graphics please.

Console version of the game has zero settings now. And with a definitive hardware setup - shameful graphical bugs, unaddressed for months. Up it goes.
