My character has been stuck since since roughly launch time at 3AM Mountain. My character is from Siren-Aether and is currently locked to Bismarck-Materia. I get the message "Unable to select Siren as a destination for Return to Home World requests at this time", using the same steps as Embio.

I stepped away from my PC at around 8AM Mountain and by the time I returned, I saw the news saying the issue was resolved. I reattempted to return to Siren, and it's still not resolved.
