Game crashes when loading into a main city

Frequency: Every attempt to teleport to Ul'dah, Gridania or Limsa
World name: Zodiark (Light DC)
Character name: Abi A'gheal
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: Since server are up after 7.0 maintenance
Area and coordinates: Ul'dah, Gridania and Limsa Lominsa

Steps:
1. I was able to log in the game after the server came back online today (7.0 early access). My character was in front of my house, I was able to switch jobs, organize skill bars, enter my house, check retainers etc. without any issue. I was able to join a S rank hunt in Central Thanalan (Zodiark world) without any issue.
2. When trying to teleport to Gridania, game crashed during loading screen with the following error message.

3. Since then, main character stuck in a loop, game crashing during the loading screen for Gridania after the end of the queue to log back in.

4. I was able to log in on Alt characters in housing areas and teleport in open world areas without any issue, but game crashes if trying to teleport in a main town again.

5. I tried to create a new character (Alpha world, Light DC) in Ul'dah and game crashed during the loading screen into the main city instantly.

6. Tried to queue for instanced duties on alt character that is not stuck in a crash loop and no issue to report (Frontlines roulette/Trial roulette works fine). Issue is limited to main cities and it is impossible to log in on a character that tried to access a main city.
