Additonal Expasion Registration still under maintenace

Unable to register my Dawntrail code on the mog station. I have early access code but did not register code before maintenance. that part of mog station is still under maintenance so i am unable to register the code now. does anyone know if this will change? have i missed my ability to play during early access?

It is still under maintenance for me, too. I would love to get an update on this, tho? The Lodestone does not really provide information if / how long this service is under maintenance and given that it is the first day of the EA .... :/ sigh, what a start

As far as I can tell, there is no info on this. The maintenance was supposed to be over several hours ago.

I get to log into mog station, but the "Additional Expansions" just links to a "Under Maintenance - please try again later" page.

So... did I try too late? Did I have to register the code before the maintenance?

Here is from a chat support I just finished:
"I'd like to clarify that the website is currently not under active maintenance.

The maintenance banner you are receiving is currently prompted due to the high flux of other players that are trying to perform the same activity as you. As soon as the queue of customer who are trying to redeem their code is cleared, you should be able to do so as well.

As an alternative, you may try redeeming your code from your phone, maybe it works better in lighter devices."

There was a missing piece for me that may help some of you, that enabled me to get into early access after encountering this error.

I was following the instructions of the email of the registration code to go to the Additional Expansions button and register.

However, early access is from a separate email with a separate code. You are looking for the one that offers preorder bonuses, and a different button on Mogstation. The icon showed the bonus earring. The early access is bundled with the earring.

Enter the code there and you will be able to get into Dawntrail content.

Yes, it worked with the "bonus item" link, but the email clearly states you must click "Additional Expansions"... Welp, no it works, thanks!

Yeah, this wasn't an option for me. I am being told on the "Additional Expansions" page that there is maintenance. This has been going on for well over 12 hours now.

And on the "Pre-Order Bonus Code" page, which every says is the workaround, I'm being told my code is invalid. This, despite my code coming from the Square Enix shop itself.

So I am at a total loss as to what I can do. Especially as the technical support lines (for Chat and Email) are closed on Weekends, so the earliest I would likely hear back is Monday. Which would only give me 1 day of Early Access which I paid for.

And the mobile phone workaround also doesn't work. My phone states maintenance too.
