I was hoping that this would be noticed between the Media Tour and Early Access, but it seems to have slipped under the radar. The potency of Jolt III starting at level 84 is 20 higher than that of Verfire and Verstone. This disincentivizes a core part of RDM's gameplay for 10 levels, that being the spending of procs gained from Verthunder III/Veraero III to gain more mana, as there is a loss of damage when this is done; this creates uncertainty on whether it is better to get more mana or more immediate damage. Please address this 10-level discrepancy so that RDM's core gameplay can be kept consistent throughout the leveling process and for relevant level 90 synced content!
