While I understand what and why you are saying this, I respectfully disagree.

They lost to right to me being patient the moment they took my money for a pre-order granting me early access. I have lost HOURS trying to play due to the amount of times it has frozen, I have to reset, and then wait in queue to get back in.

Do I have early access? Barely. Am I enjoying the little access I've been able to play through? No.

If they cannot take my monthly fee completely, are they going to allow me any of the benefits of having paid a full monthly fee? We all know the answer is no. Thusly, why have I paid for something I am only able to use with constant interruption? Does that sound fair?

My patience left the state on about the 30th time the game froze at the end of a cutscene.
