[Xbox] Game Crashes in loading transitions

Yeah but since yesterday they shared no new information. Xbox seems not a priority for them. Imagine what would happen if that happened to Ps or pc. The problem would be fixed in no time or at least better communicated on how it’s going.

I can get around that wild ??? chat censorship bug, wich is also a thing square has to fix at some point, but if they don’t fix this crash problem I won’t extend my sub. I already bought the game twice, only to move from my older pc to my Xbox. Not going to buy Dawntrail for my pc, just to see how bad it runs.
We already pay for 2 different subs. Ultimate gamepass has plenty other games to play.

I understand that new expansion and patch can cause problems. I understand that some problems will take time to fix. Maybe need another patch, wich also has to go through Microsoft verification process and so on.

Again the least they can do is to communicate with us. Don’t they have any community manager or so? No communications sounds always like we don’t care about you.

Yes, I have to agree with the quote above that SE needs to be more transparent about this issue.
They are continuesly communicating on the other issues they encountered, including making posts on social media about them, however the Xbox issue was only acknowledged in this one Lodestone post and that was it.

I fully understand that fixing the issue takes time, and that is all fine from my point of view, but they have to communicate better, give people a somewhat ETA on when a fix for this issue can be expected and how they plan to compensate for the lost game time that everyone has been paying for. (Especially around an expansion launch)
I feel like it would have been smarter to have the graphics upgrade and engine update as a pre-patch ahead of the expansion, instead of with it... Could have maybe soften the blow of the issue.

they release a hot fix today, anyone, can confirm if the freeze bug on xbox continue? or they only solved the syrcus tower freezing problem?

Still ongoing.. maybe slightly better than yesterday, not so bad when coming out of cutscenes now but still every time going to a new zone for the first time its crashing.. slightly more playable overall but still not good

i found out that the game dosent freeze if i turn the chat off before the transition.

i found the same, if you Disable the chat, the game goes better and less freezing

No it's still not fixed. It's 5:30pm eastern time and it's still happening to me when I load into dungeons (or any other duty finder). Not so much for cutscenes anymore but I still wouldn't put it passed it to happen again eventually.

I'm not sure if turning off the "hide nearby players" setting helps at all, but it definitely doesn't eliminate the problem. I just had another freeze during World of Darkness just as I got devoured by Cerberus and was loading into his stomach

the are working on that, yesterday te players make the report of the issue and te issue with syrcus tower, the syrcus tower issue its already fixed, and today they still doesnt have tell no new info, but i sent a ticket reporting the issue and they answered me, that they are working on it, only the time gonna tell us

It’s definitely better than yesterday seemingly. I had a streak of a few hours even was able to use aethershard a few times… closer to afternoon though and now persisting it’s happened a few times in a shorter time span as opposed to the morning where I was almost convinced it was fixed

So it might have something to do with server population
