i like the tilt. i think it's far more natural feeling than the previously goofy, blocky movement
however i play on controller and the intensity of the tilt is based on how hard you press the stick, so i can control how wacky or normal it is. that said, i imagine it's pretty jarring on keyboard and mouse, especially when muscle memory is in control

Replying for visibility and to post a list of mounts I've been able to use without motion sickness so far:
No tilt on the ground
Miw Miisv
Chokorpokkur
Cavalry Drake
Rolling Tankard
No tilt while flying
Miw Miisv
Square Enix, please bring us an on/off toggle for the mount tilt! Lots of people (myself included) are now restricted to using only few select mounts since the new mount tilt feature gives them motion sickness both on the ground and in the air.
