MALE AURA LOOK TERRIBLE. Im heartbroken

so i logged in today and THIS is what i see. i think maybe this is a bug idk. but my male aura who was a beautiful creature is utterly ruined now. the smile is broken and the lips dont match the skin colour, the teeth are unusually white aswell

if your wondering why in the benchmark i didnt point this out it was because im on ps5 so i couldn't use the benchmark.

i fear sadly this is an issue that will not get fixed as male auras are an upopular race so that is why nobody brough attention to this. i loved my character so much as many of you do. he was my little work of art and now he looks so aweful i dont even wanna do msq if it means i have to look at this. please please fix these lips.
