If it's congested, you should try to log in outside of peak hours. My server has a que of 3,700+ throughout the day, but at night (10pm PDT - or around 1am for East Coast US players) it has a que of 7 and no congestion. You may be able to log in the server during that time. That doesn't solve the issue of not being able to data center transfer though, or being locked out from going back to your home server. You'll at least be able to play. I would try contacting a GM or even SE customer support. This is an awful predicament anyone could accidentally be in, and I apologize that you're in it.

I'm also sorry for all the, You had warning so sit in your problem sort of responses. We all have lives, and this is just a game. It's very easy to make this mistake. It's a terrible decision on SE's part to completely cutoff all world travel even outside of prime hours when the ques are low.

Typically congestion after an expac clears up maybe 2-3 weeks after release. I'm sorry again you're in this situation, but I would try to reach out to SE at this point.
