Xbox freezing when loading in dungeons

Although I’ve seen they’ve acknowledged that Xbox is freezing when traveling, please note that queueing for dungeons is also causing the system to freeze resulting in a force close which will put you at the back of the login queue.

Posting not only for square but my fellow Xbox players. Don’t risk queueing for roulettes or dungeons unless you want to wait in the login queue. I tried Duty Support, froze. Tried unsyncing with a friend, froze. Roulettes, froze.

Dungeons are completely unplayable for me. (Xbox Series X).

havin saying issues with my Series X to play. constant crashing even when doing MSQ.
