I see Tencent doesn't mind when its male characters apply lip gloss. The bone structure is very close to the EW face; the same can be said about the eyes, the eye bags and the eyebrows. The lips are different, but at least they were trying.

I have only one picture of my male Elezen alt from the Shadowbringers era (I rarely take pictures and I'm not a huge fan of g-posing, unfortunately).

Yes your male elezen had/has the same rare wide lips that mine had that were completely obliterated in DT. I'm not sure why the Mobile version forces lip gloss on Duskwight elezen lips (there was no way to remove it lol), but apart from that, the lips themselves were far closer in shape to the original than the current ones in DT.
