    I really wish we had regional leve allowances and local leve allowances, so a hybrid from what it was on day 1 and today. Being forced to sacrifice DoW for DoH and vice versa has been a regrettable consequence of the changes.

    It used to be possible in 36 hours to do up to 16 levequests.

    Today it is only possible to do 12 now, under the new system.

    I understand we do not want to overload folks with too many leves, so I was considering alternatives.

    Note the suggestions below assume the 99 leve allowance cap remains as-is.

    Compromise 1:
    Leve allowances, which accrue at 5 leves per 12 hours, or 15 in 36 hours


    Compromise 2:
    Regional allowances, which accrue at 3 leves per 12 hours or 9 in 36 hours
    plus
    Local allowances, which accrue at 3 leves per 12 hours or 9 in 36 hours

    Compromise 3:
    ???
