Picto is more damage priority abilities while viper has a rotation. Both difficult in completely different ways, but I think the more time we have to muscle memory the viper rotation it'll become easier. But yeah huge difference between this job and Reaper where it's complication was just a dmg buff while Viper now has all of monks rotational buffs and PvP button action switching constantly.
