You mean what is in the 7.0 patch notes versus what was in the 6.0 patchnotes?

Because we all know content is spread out across patches in a expansion, and we rarely know the full scope of what that expansions content is going to be until closer to those patch date and corresponding liveletters.

Simply put, we won't actually know how much will be in this entire expansion until probably 2-3 years from now.
