In general Astro its around 20% weaker than in 6.5 and will have struggle in old ultimates, also AST dps its HALF what whm can offer... and we have CARD DRIFT - because cards have 15 sec buff and Divination is 20, so you need hold your cards 5 seconds to optimize your rotation with raid buff.

Macrocosmos make it neutral dps
Cards: make it 20s
Potency buff to Malefic skills in all lvl range.
