I think you have the times flip-flopped because the expansion maintenances have always ended at 11 PM HST for me.

It looks like a lot but in practice the only "new" button they have to hit that doesn't automatically fit into their burst rotation is the TCJ follow-up.

Ah I can see how that graphic would confuse it, that is a time zone guide for the poster who was confused about PDT - to simply illustrate as in 0200 PDT would be 0300 MTN or 0400 CST.
