Male Au Ra Feedback - Eye/Lip Fix

I'm probably not the first nor the last person to think that my Au Ra looks different now. While I did manage to get some of his features looking similar to what he looked like before the graphics update (mainly having to change his lip color and hair color), I noticed that there are various facial details that look vastly different.

The first thing I noticed is related to the eye shape on my Au Ra. At first, I thought that maybe it was related to how the new facial bones changed how expressions looked, before noticing that his eye shape seems a lot more angular and smaller than it did in the past. Most noticeably, on my adventurer plate, where the exact same pose and expression seemed to convey two completely different looks (pictures attached below).

To try and be a little more unbiased (due to the lighting being weird on my portrait), I went and tried to get clearer pictures, once again using the same expression, pose, and lighting (which I had saved in gpose prior to maintenance), and yet again, I noticed that the eye shape and lips looked different.

    Early Access

It feels as though the expression went from a simple smile to more of a smirk, and I decided to trace over the eye shape, eyebrow shape and lip shape to see if anything had changed. Primarily, I noticed that due to the new shading inside of the eyes, it makes them look a lot smaller in certain types of lighting, as well as a slight change on the curvature of the inner eye lid, which makes the eyes look sharper and angular. I also noticed that the lips extended slightly more to the sides, and the bottom lip lost a bit of thickness and shine, in comparison to what they looked like in EW. A smaller detail which I saw in the benchmark and in the current game is the fact that the color of the eyebrows is a lot lighter, causing them to look thinner, which only added to the uncanniness of my character. Even when using the darkest hair color, the eyebrow is thinner and lighter than the hair color I was using in my 6.X screenshots (which was a dark, desaturated purple).

    Trace

In general, I think the main feedback points I have are related to the lip shape and the way the eye whites are shaded in. If possible, it would be nice if the lip colors functioned similarily to how they did pre-graphical update, and to do a revision on the lip shapes, as many seem to have changed in width and/or thickness. I would also revise the shading inside of the eye, as it seems to shrink it and make it look thinner than it did. Finally, I would also suggest a revision on the eyebrow texture, as it seems to have been lightened, causing thinner looking eyebrows and uncanny expressions when looked at alongside the shape of the lips.

Adding on some gifs with edits that hopefully demonstrate what could be done.

As it can (hopefully) be seen in the gifs above, I primarily darkened the eyebrows to match the shade of the hair (and removed the little curve at the end of the eyebrows), lessened the shadow inside of the whites of the eyes, and made the curves of the edges of the lips more subtle (expression above is simper). I also made the pupil a little bigger on the second image, as I did notice that it's small size made my character have a "crazed" expression.
