Not able to buy Dawntrai due to billing address error

I have the same error every time I try to buy the expansion. it does not accept the address and ask me to edit it. I never arrived to the payment part. I tried with my computer, my phone, with wifi and without it. I changed locations, I erased all the data. I cannot buy it and i will lose the bonus for preordering.
