    Request to speed up SAM's Tendo Setsugekka animation.

    The recast time has been reduced from 3.2 seconds to 2.5 seconds which feels great from a gameplay standpoint. But visually it looks a little scuffed now, because the 2nd Tendo (Tendo Kaishi Setsugekka) always cuts off the animation of the 1st.

    Can we have an animation speed-up so that the animation isn't cut-off? It'll look much nicer as a result.
