No early access code

I bought Dawntrail months ago, so I could have early access to it. However thre code Square Enix just sent my email, says that it's not useable until July 2nd.
That's not early access. Why?

there's two codes,

the pre-order code includes the earring and early access to Dawntrail, should've gotten this one pretty much immediately,

the game code actually registers Dawntrail permanently to your account and can't be used until the 2nd.

Thank you, I did get the earring already, and in my account on MOG station, I do see a listing for early access with a check mark by it.
So I should be good to go with nothing further to do, until the 2nd, when I add the new code then?

Your Early Access begins June 28th, which you have already triggered via your Pre-order Bonus Code (ie. You entered that code when you pre-purchased the expansion and got your goodies; minion and earring).
So, on June 28th you can log in and start doing Dawntrail content.

On July 2nd, you can then enter your Full Game Registration code for Dawntrail (enter too early and it will say Invalid), which then switches on your account for post early access and you are now fully expansion enabled, and you can then continue from the point you left off during early access.

From what I remember of previous expansions, the early access code expires after a month or so, at which point you're locked out of the expansion if you haven't entered the code they just emailed you

I think there might have been 3 codes in the past, bonus items, early access, then regular access

steam buyers already got their codes via the game code list fyi

I bought early access as well, but never got an email. I did check my order however and my code is listed on my order, and it is confirmed as early access. Also double checked my email account being used and that's correct as well. Oh well - as long as the code is there I guess.
