I've never seen anyone say "Meowdy". But then, I'm usually in chat combat mode in Limsa so I don't see RMT spam (and all other chat).

I see it here and there in Alliance Raids, but as a cat lover that never bothered me. Certainly not enough that I need to make posts about blocking it.
