    Boss size issue

    Most of gamed do boss size that is 60% higher than average character..
    But currently bosses are more than 5 time higher..
    What is better in your opinion?

    FFXIV is a competition to see whose shiny spell effects can take up more of the boss arena. I think having a boss that's more visible is good.

    Quite honestly, I am not a fan of oversized bosses, especially when they're humanoid and have no reason to be oversized.

    It's not so much the size, but how they swing it. A tough lil runt who'd kick the tank in the codpiece can be a lot more fun than a giant slow hulking pile of <boss materiel>.

    from your diminutive size, I would guess you are speaking from experience.

    I dont mind bigger bosses, within reason. but we really dont need them in the category of being seen from orbit. if I cannot zoom out enough using the game zoom, to see the cast bar overhead without some weird angle on my camera... then its too big.

    A lot of things are too big honestly even with the camera pulled right back it can be incredibly tough to see what a boss is doing. It's been a long standing issue right back to the ivalice raids. Where that boss picks up a jar above his head and spins it. Even zoomed out you can't see which direction it's pointing unless you literally stand in his hit box and point the camera down..

    And more recently I swear boss hit boxes are bigger than the arena they fight in. (Slight sarcasm)
