Kinda weird that We'd have to give up glam for the new jobs or for 2 old ones.

DoH/DoL has been left to rot for so long it's spreading to the combat jobs.
It's increasingly absurd that we only have 20 plates when they keep adding new jobs.
Last time it was implemented in the 6.1 patch so it's probably just a matter of waiting a few more months.
The number of glamour plates has never had any association with the number of jobs in the game, so they wouldn't add more just to keep in line with new jobs being added.
Yeah. It was probably more 'okay this is what we're sure the system can handle for now and we can upgrade it later.' Not made to explicitly be one plate per job. Personally I have several plates for aiming and fending and rarely set up job specific plates anyway.
Wait, are you saying half of your glam plates aren't devoted to a single job?
Same, I'll have an assortment of plates for the character's preferred jobs while their less-played jobs maybe get one plate for all jobs in a role. Aurelie's striking jobs and MCH have been making do with one generic "adventurer" glamour.
in one of the old videos yoshi p said adding more glam plates is on the to do list but its not a priority so we wont get any more plates come 7.0 but we will get more eventually maybe 7.1
i dont remember which video he said this in and i dont feel like browsing all the videos in the last 6 months to find it so if you want a source find it yourself
They need to stop investing in this unsustainable system, no matter what they do it won't be enough for many players. Time to focus on how to get a glamour log system to work. Time to stop with the "too hard" excuses and get to work.
Tbh, I'd rather see more slots in the glam dresser - ideally a slot for every piece of gear in the game, since the look doesn't unlock with getting the item
