    Companion App Premium Mogstation Page stuck Reloading

    Key Issue: This is a reopening of a now-closed ticket found here: Companion App Premium Mogstation Page stuck Reloading

    As mentioned in that post, much like the original poster, I am unable to obtain the Premium service of the Companion App. Upon clicking Next, the page reloads. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps mentioned in that thread, and now that the old thread is closed, I am opening this new one.

    Additional Information: The old thread was covered by Moderator Votraftur and he suggested a variety of troubleshooting methods. I have gone through all of the previously-mentioned troubleshooting steps, including the following list:
    - tested with multiple browsers on multiple devices, namely an M1 Mac and iPhone 15 Pro.
    - tested with local internet service and cellular internet connections
    - tested with these browsers wiped of cached data and without any browser extensions
    - tested with all cookies permitted
    - confirmed the SSL Certificates on the page are valid
    - confirmed there are no port blockages
    - confirmed there are no firewall alerts or blocked packets / network requests

    I can add that the page itself eventually produces a 500 error long after the page loads. The 500 error occurs on the following URL: https://gtag.square-enix-games.com/g...=5726&_z=fetch

    This same URL is then retried and returns a 204 No Content response, so I am unsure of the purpose of the URL in question or why it would error. This error occurs upon reaching the Companion App signup page, and it reoccurs after clicking the Next button when the page reloads. This 500 error is the only abnormality I have seen on the page itself.

    I plan to come back to this thread on Friday and update to say whether or not the issue persists by then.

    Unfortunately, this issue appears to still be persisting at this moment. However, live chat seemed to imply this relates to the ongoing credit card problem. By removing and going through the process without a card, I was able to re-add my card on file and proceed without error. That seems to be a good workaround.

    I had this exact same problem with the Mog Station website today when trying to subscribe to the premium companion app service. The workaround described above worked for me as well.

    I am also having problems accessing the Premium Companion App option, as whenever I press agree and continue it constantly reloads the same page. Wanted to see if anything else has a similar issue for me and it seems trying to purchase additional retainers is also having this problem.
