If your game is playable among the 24 mans you'll probably be fine. Probably have to deal with some load times in highly populated areas but it shouldn't be too much of an issue until you decide to join hunt trains, or maybe Frontline.

Probably want to set this up in System Configuration just in case. Other Settings then under Display Limits - Character and Object Quanitity

Turning names off can help too if you want to do that for high population areas, should be under character settings.
