Finally i can click on the quest npc without pressing X

he following options have been added to the Character Configuration menu:
Control Settings
General Tab

Quest Progression Settings

Hide nearby players when close to quest NPCs.

Also hide nearby party members.

Hide nearby players when interacting with quest NPCs.

Also hide nearby party members.
