If you are checking logs you are kind of a psycho stalker. I dont blame people for hiding it from people like you. Let people do the fight and then if they are obviously not doing well kick em? But to look at everything someone does ingame just because they joined your party is creepy.

Used correctly, looking over a groups logs can be a tool of improvement.
It can show if someone's struggling in a particular part and from there try and improve on that.

Sadly it can, as most know, be used in the wrong way as well.
