Good to know.
Normally I wouldn't care about having that information out there, but now that I know that hiding it upsets some elitist weenies out there, I'm totally down, lol.

I have had one of the site set to not show my info...before all this hubub I didn't even know about the existence of the other one. That one is now blocked as well. TY to the OP
I hid my profile on fflogs ages ago because it's private information only meant for the other 3, 7 or 23 people in the party I am in, and because I don't want to be associated with a third party tool like that. But of course you are free to assume whatever you want if your absurd obsession with other strangers' perfomance demands it. Should I ever get into hardcore content and people would want to know how I play, they're welcome to run a duty with me and parse that, consentual n stuff. (This would also be a much more accurate representative info, considering my current stats are from me running duly roulettes sleep deprived at 1 am and such...)

Thanks for the info! Today I learned about that code from tomestone, didn't know it was available for fflogs as well. This would have saved me the effort of making an account and adding all my characters specifically for opting out of that... They really should add this to their FAQs, or make it more obvious there. When I looked up how to opt out, this wasn't mentioned anywhere. Question will be how this is going to work out when you hide your lodestone profile completely, but from what I know the tomestone people are going to respect that (once they figure out the technical ways to do it). I hope the other site will do that as well.
Maybe it's me being from Europe, where privacy is considered an important thing by law (see GDPR), but it always baffles me how little people think about privacy when developing tools like this. It doesn't matter if "you have anything to hide", it's personal data and simply nobody else's business unless you personally decide otherwise. You don't leave your appartment door wide open either when you feel you "have nothing to hide", just because you are not doing anything obviously illegal in there. No, you close it, because what you are doing isn't anybody else's concern.

Well, if you are applying in my static, we need to know your logs history so we can see how you managed past content (clear time)I hid my profile on fflogs ages ago because it's private information only meant for the other 3, 7 or 23 people in the party I am in, and because I don't want to be associated with a third party tool like that. My "past content" would be "half of the time I'm not even trying to play optimised and just want my weekly/daily normal content loot". This doesn't tell you anything about how I would play in a hardcore environment when I am actually focused and prepared. This data is entirely useless for you.
Edit: It is also far from a complete image because I don't parse to begin with and these are just random logs from other people with whom I happened to be in a party. I have played plenty of Panda in the last months and none of these performances is recorded because the raiders who bother parsing and uploading that normal stuff have been on hiatus for weeks. And I bet this is the same for basically every other person who randomly got caught in the third party tool log stuff.

Well I will just cancel the apply if you cant prove that you’ve done ultimates/week1 savage clearsMy "past content" would be "half of the time I'm not even trying to play optimised and just want my weekly/daily normal content loot". Just out of curiosity, is a week1 clear that important when looking for statics?
Asking, since some can clear it but might take a little longer than a week or two.
Depending on personal time to play and / or the groups, probably from Party Finder.
