    What Can Be Homogenized

    Homogenization kills job identity and that is what is happening currently, but What are the abilities you think that cannot be removed in all roles?

    for me:

    Tanks:
    Hate generation ability.
    defensive skills

    Healers:
    Target healing
    AoE healing

    DPS:
    AoE attacks
    Single target attacks
    Burst attacks
