Thread: Please help me! This post is my last resort T_T

Hello,

My name is Arlekiel Dukiel.

Im a fan of FFXIV and well, im a proud legacy member!


I have a small issue, and well this is my last resort T_T and hopefully Tanaka or even some community members can help me T_T


Im from Mexico, and well my computer its somehow outdated.. I try to play at low spec but tbh the game is unplayable for me T_T even at low spec..

Everysingle time I try to play, my pc crashes or turns off because of the heating.

I currently have a pentium 4, and some graphic card (no idea the model).

Im saving for a better computer, but :S well tbh I ended up spending some money in the sub, in order to do my best to try and support the game. Im positive that in December or November im going to have enough money for a new computer.


Well my issue is related to the gobbue mount T_T. I tried to use another graphic card, in order to improve the performance of the game and I ended up burning my friends graphic card and my old graphics card... now im stuck with the inbuilt graphics card... :S I cant run the game and im about to cry... because I love the game and I love final fantasy, im a hardcore fan! and I was trying to do my best in order to get the gobbue mount and well now I cant...

With all my issues and my Dino-PC (a friend calls it that way) I was able to get to Pug lvl 24... T_T and I feel so frustrated that im soo closee to get the gobbue mount

I dont know what else to say, im writing this because I hope a GM or idk maybe Tanaka can read this, or someone else and maybe someone can help me T_T

If your PC manages to actually run the game but shuts down because of overheating, you should probably try cleaning the heat sink and fan in it.

I did but it used to overheat waaay too much, everytime I was playing FFXIV.

What I used to do, is to play until it shutsdown and then give it like 30 minutes before trying to play again..

But :S well that was before I burnt my graphics card :S now with the unbuilt graphics card its impossible X_X I cant even get to start it

I'm really sorry to read your having trouble with your computer and having a hard time trying to get it to work. I hope to you get your gobbue mount somehow too.
But I'm going to warn you to be careful how to intend to solve this issue and is "not wise" to trust other people on the fourms and give them your account info.
Please be careful Arlekiel.

And if you do happen to do so, and even if it turns out they were honorable and got you your goobue mount and nothings missing or anything... please change your passwords and stuff right after, to make sure you don't leave the temptation up for them.
