"Enter Pre-order Bonus Code" button missing

Hi all,

not quite sure where to ask this question, so I went with General Discussion.

I pre-ordered Dawntrail some months ago and received the in-game bonus items without problems. Obviously the purchase is correctly linked to my account.
Last friday I got a mail telling me I can now enter my pre-order bonuscode. I'm on the correct account, can see the characters that got the bonus items - but the button is missing.

The support article shows two buttons: "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code" and "Enter Item Code"; the page in my mog station shows only the latter.

It's the first time I got a FF14 pre order, so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
Any help is appreciated

Did you go into your mog station service account and confirm to see if the bonuses had been applied to the account?

If you have already entered the code you should be good.
Check your server account status in the Mogstation. At the bottom if you see a check mark next to Dawntrail early access you should be good to go.

Hey hey! I also got an email that said:

Dear customer,

Thank you for placing a pre-order for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail!

We wanted to let you know that your full game registration code for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail will be sent to you via email. Codes will be sent out from June 24th, and this will be done sequentially, so it might take a bit of time until you receive your code - but rest assured that you will receive your full registration code in time for the release. Be sure to keep an eye on your spam or promotion folder. If you placed your order while logged into your store account, you will also be able to find your code in the Orders section of your account by clicking on the "Order Details" for your FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail order. This will only show once you have received your code via email.

I'm not sure if this is the same on you got, but my understanding is from now-ish, codes will be sent out but not to everyone all at once. So, probably just expect a mail early this week in whichever batch yours gets mailed out with.

You probably haven't gotten the the actual game code yet, just the bonus one.

If you did get the code, the button to enter it will NOT appear until July..2nd ish.

TL;DR is:

1) People get pre-order code months early so they can enter it and be "ready" for the real code.
2) People get the actual code to enter over a week or so, to keep people from swarming Mogstation to enter codes.
3) You will get this code starting now-ish but can't actually enter it until early July.

The checkmark for Dawntrail Early Access will be listed under the system you use



The regular registration codes can't be entered until July 2nd

If you have received the in game bonus items then you have already registered the preorder code. Now it only requires the full release code and the link for that will be available on July 2nd.

Well, apparently I already entered the code months ago, and then promptly forgot about it
