Chest pieces replaces chest of your character. If the chest glamour/item doesn't have boobs to match your character boobs, your character boobs are nerfed FYI.
Same thing with legs. So slider doesn't actually work for the game.

It does, it just has to be hard-coded for each chest/leg piece. They've been enabling/coding some chest pieces to conform to the boob slider. Unfortunately they haven't done that for all chest pieces yet for some odd reason.
Same thing will happen with butt slider, it's going to randomly work because square enix has this weird habit of doing everything partway or halfway instead of applying it to everything.
