House availability on Dynamis

DC travel takes no time. It's not hard, it's fast and one can visit with friends as long as they like. The only negatives really are not having access to mail and retainers (especially if you're an active seller who needs to undercut). Cross world link shells are thing, one does not need to be a FC member to communicate.

Granted it will be a mess at the start of DT but that's a plus for a DC like Dynamis. It will get people queuing for duties instead of going elsewhere and the growth of the DC should be large with new players making characters there.

You want housing it's there but it won't be forever as the DC fills up.
